Phil Nash

Phil Nash is deeply connected to Boston and the South Shore. He graduated from B.C. High and Boston College with a degree in Business and has lived in West Roxbury, Hull, Cohasset and Norwell. Phil has worked in Boston for over twenty five years with an engineering company negotiating high end contracts and running capital projects. Phil entered the Real Estate Industry in 2012 brining his extensive construction experience and exceptional negotiating skills. Phil currently holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor license and has restored many homes on the south shore.

Phil works with both buyers and sellers, and can cater to those relocating to the area or purchasing a second home or investment. Phil strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment into every real estate transaction. While working in partnership with you, to understand your needs and to best represent your interest, I will help you realize you real estate goals quickly and positively.

When Phil isn't working, he enjoys coaching youth sports, walking his dog, spending time with family and restoring homes.
