Thomas Koncius, owner broker of Atlantic Brokerage Group, has over 34 years experience as a real estate professional. After graduating from Northeastern University, Cum Laude, he worked as a residential real estate staff appraiser until opening his own appraisal business in Cohasset in 1995. Additionally, Tom is a licensed contractor who actively purchases, renovates and sells some of the areas finest homes.
